Order Policies
Payment
- Full payment is due at checkout to confirm your order.
- Orders are paid securely online by card. Your order isn't confirmed until payment goes through.
Cancellations & refunds
- Cancel 48 hours or more before your pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours ahead aren't refundable, because baking has already started.
- If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
Pickup
- Pickup is free during order hours.
- The pickup address and time are sent to you privately after payment.
- Please arrive within your pickup window. Cookies held more than 24 hours past pickup can't be refunded.
Local delivery
- Delivery is available for orders of 6 cookies or more ($18 minimum).
- Delivery fees by driving distance: 0–5 miles $5 · 5–10 miles $8 · 10–15 miles $12.
- More than 15 miles away? Local delivery isn't available, so please contact us first.
- A full delivery address is required at checkout.
Shipping
- Shipping is available within Indiana only, and can be chosen at checkout.
- The shipping fee depends on your box size and is shown before you pay.
- Cookies are freshly baked to order and shipped as soon as possible after baking — typically the same day or the next business day.
- Shipping transit time begins once the package is handed to the carrier.
Timing & notice
- Most orders are freshly baked and ready in 1–3 business days.
- Orders of a dozen or more need at least 1 week's notice (7 days).
